Tasting Menu

Traditional Days

At Trattoria da Carla, we invite you on a journey through the most iconic dishes of Lombard cuisine.


Starting in November, the days will be centred around tradition.


- THE GRAND BOILED MEAT TROLLEY -

Starting from 26th October and available every Friday evening, and Saturday and Sunday lunchtime only

Ten cuts of meat and selected cured meats will be accompanied by green sauce,

horseradish, and fruit mustard, along with creamy mashed potatoes.

The cuts:

Chicken

Beef: flat iron steak, shank

Veal: rib, tongue, head

Pork: cotechino, blood sausage, liver mortadella, spare ribs


- RISOTTO PASSION -

Throughout November, every Tuesday and Thursday evening,

we will offer a tasting menu featuring risottos, paired with a small wine tasting of “Pinot Noir in its variations”



- MILANESE RISOTTO WITH OSSOBUCO -

Available daily from November onwards

A classic of Milanese tradition, saffron risotto meets slow-cooked ossobuco, a true delight for gourmets

One of the oldest dishes in Lombard tradition, used to warm the table and savour humble ingredients,

rooted in our culinary memory


- BUSECCA, MILANESE TRIPE -

A dish that must not be missing from our tables; a delicacy of Lombard tradition, prepared with an old family recipe
